What is Q&A Events?
Q&A Events is an EU-hosted live audience Q&A and polling platform built for conferences, webinars, hybrid events and broadcasts. Attendees submit questions and vote in real time; moderators approve, reply and hide with one-tap controls; the widget embeds in any stream or website.
How much does Q&A Events cost?
Pricing starts at €5 per event for the Basic plan (Q&A and moderation), €10 for Extended (adds polls, reactions and analytics with CSV export), and €15 for Pro (adds streaming overlays, branding and a post-event survey, with extra surveys at €2 each). There is no subscription — you pay only for the events you run.
Where is Q&A Events hosted?
Q&A Events is hosted in the European Union. Application servers, databases and primary backups reside in the EU, with GDPR-oriented privacy controls described in our Privacy Policy.
Can the audience ask questions anonymously?
Yes. Anonymous questions are supported and configurable per event. Moderators see the same review tools regardless of whether attendees identified themselves.
Where can I embed the Q&A widget?
The widget embeds anywhere with a two-line iframe snippet: event websites, streaming platforms, OBS browser sources, post-event recap pages and intranets. Streaming overlays are available on the Pro tier for broadcast production workflows.
Does Q&A Events support polls?
Yes. Audience polls are included on the Extended and Pro tiers. Polls run in real time alongside the Q&A queue and results update live as votes come in.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription. Q&A Events is pay-per-event — you create an event, pay for the tier you need, and run it for up to 2, 3 or 5 consecutive days depending on the tier. Useful for organisations that run a handful of events per year and do not want a recurring SaaS bill.
What happens after my event ends?
The audience side closes the morning after your last day. Your dashboard keeps every question, poll and survey response for 30 days, with analytics and CSV exports on Extended and Pro, and then the event is archived read-only. A Basic event can still be upgraded after it ends to unlock analytics. On Pro you choose what the ended page says and where its button leads.
