Live Q&A for conferences

Keynotes, panels, breakout rooms - one platform, every session. Moderator-first controls keep the queue clean while attendees ask, vote and engage in real time.

Built for the conference workflow

1

One queue per session

Each session gets its own Q&A and polling instance. Track engagement per talk, per track, per day - no mixing, no merging, no confused attendees.

2

Moderator + speaker views

The moderator filters, approves and re-orders. The speaker sees only the curated "Go live" queue on their confidence monitor. Two views, one source of truth.

3

Slot into any AV stack

Embed in your conference site, in OBS for the recording team, on the auditorium side-screens via a browser source. Two-line iframe - no custom integration work.

4

Branded for the event

Pro tier customisation lets you match the widget to the conference identity - colours, typography, logo - so the audience experience is one continuous brand from website to stage.

A typical conference day

  1. Pre-event. Create one event per session. Embed the widget on the conference site or share the QR code.
  2. Keynote. Audience asks questions on their phones. Moderator approves the good ones. Speaker sees the curated queue on their monitor and answers between slides.
  3. Panel. Polls run live - "Who has used X in production?" - and results display on the side-screens within seconds.
  4. Breakouts. Each room has its own widget. Track engagement per room afterwards.
  5. Wrap-up. Export the full Q&A log per session as CSV. Send the highlights to the speakers and the analytics to sponsors.
  6. Post-event. Share a post-event survey (Pro) by link or embed it on the recap page - rating scales, multiple choice and free-text feedback land back on your dashboard with CSV export.

Pricing for conferences

Pay per session, not per attendee. For an annual conference, the total per-session cost is typically less than an annual subscription to a comparable tool - and you only pay for the sessions you actually run.
