Q&A and polls for webinars

Replace the cluttered chat box with a structured Q&A queue. Capture qualified questions, run engagement polls, and export the lead-friendly Q&A log for your sales team.

Why webinar teams switch

1

Cleaner than chat

Native webinar chat is a mix of "hello from Berlin", off-topic remarks and the actual question. A dedicated Q&A queue surfaces what matters - upvoted questions float to the top so the host answers what the audience cares about.

2

Lead-friendly capture

Attendees can identify themselves with their question. Export the Q&A log to CSV after the event - hand qualified questions to your sales team, follow up with people who asked something specific.

3

Polls that drive engagement

Drop in a quick "How would you describe your team's current setup?" poll mid-webinar. Results display live, attendees stay engaged, and you collect zero-party data on every run.

4

Works with your platform

Embed the Q&A widget on your registration page, your post-webinar replay page, or in an OBS browser source if you produce your webinars yourself. No platform lock-in.

A typical webinar workflow

  1. Setup. Create a Q&A event and copy the embed URL.
  2. Pre-event. Add the widget to your registration page so warmed-up attendees can submit questions in advance.
  3. Live. Run the webinar with the widget open in a second tab or as a browser source. Approve questions on the fly. Drop polls when energy dips.
  4. Post-event. Export the Q&A log and poll results to CSV. Pipe qualified questions to your CRM. On Pro, send a post-event feedback survey - by shareable link or embedded on the replay page - and collect ratings and free-text comments back on your dashboard.

Pricing for webinars

For a monthly product webinar at EUR 10 per event (Extended tier with polls, reactions and analytics), you pay EUR 120 per year. No subscription means no charge for months you do not run a webinar.
