Embed the widget in your event platform or website
The two-line iframe, where to paste it on common platforms, and how to size it.
The widget is a normal web page, so it goes anywhere an iframe goes: your event platform, a webinar tool, your own site, a browser source in OBS. Two lines of HTML, no plugin, no account for the audience.
1Copy the embed code
On the share card, click the copy button next to the widget link. The clipboard now holds an iframe pointing at your event.
<iframe src="https://app.qna.events/embed/YOUR-EVENT" width="100%" height="600" style="border:0" allow="clipboard-write"></iframe>
2Add it to your page
Paste the code wherever your page builder lets you add custom HTML or an embed block. The widget loads inside the frame and stays live: questions, replies, polls and switches all update without a reload.
3Vimeo Events, StreamYard and Restream
- Vimeo Events. In the event settings, open the Interaction tools and add a custom HTML or third-party embed with the code.
- StreamYard. Use the custom embed option on the destination page you share with viewers, or link the widget from the chat.
- Restream Studio. Add the widget link to the viewer page or overlay it as a browser source in your streaming software.
- Your own site. WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace and the rest all have an HTML or embed block. Paste the code into it.
4Size it
Width 100% and a height of 600 pixels or more fits most layouts. The widget scrolls inside the frame when the list gets long. On a narrow sidebar, 360 pixels wide is the comfortable minimum.
5Check it live
Open the page where you embedded it, ask a question, and watch it land on the dashboard. If you see a blank frame, check that the page is served over https and that the platform did not strip the iframe.
For a question feed on the stream itself, use the overlays instead of the widget.
