Share the widget: link, QR code and embed code

Three ways to get your audience into the event: a link, a QR code for the room and an embed code for your page.

Your audience joins through the widget: a small web page that works on any phone or laptop with nothing to install. The dashboard gives you the same widget three ways, so you can pick whatever fits the room.

1Find the share card

On the dashboard, look for Share with your audience on the right. The link, the QR code and the embed code all live there.

1 the widget link, 2 copy the embed code, 3 the QR code, 4 download it as an image.

2Copy the link

The first line is the widget address. Paste it into a chat, an email, a calendar invite or a slide. Anyone who opens it lands in the event straight away.

3Download the QR code

Click Download QR and put the image on your opening slide or a printed sign. Phone cameras read it directly and open the widget.

4Copy the embed code

The copy button next to the link copies a two-line iframe. Paste it into any page that accepts custom HTML: your event platform, a webinar tool, your own site. The embed guide covers the common platforms and sizing.

5Test it yourself

Click Open widget in the header, ask a question from that tab, and watch it appear at the top of the Questions card on the dashboard. That is the whole loop your audience will use.
