What happens when your event ends
The close time, the ended page your audience sees, the wrap-up card on the dashboard and the recap email.
Every event has a last day. The morning after it, the audience side closes by itself, you get the numbers, and the dashboard stays yours for thirty more days. Nothing to click, nothing to remember.
1The close time
The audience side closes at 06:00 UTC the morning after your last day. Until then, everything works as usual, including late-night questions. The dashboard menu shows the exact moment under Event dates.
2What the audience sees
The widget, the reactions widget and every public link switch to a branded ended page with your event name and colours. If you have an open survey, the page offers it. Overlays go blank so nothing lingers on a stream. On Pro you write the title and message yourself and pick the button, a survey of your choice, your own link or none, under Branding, before or after the close.
3The wrap-up card
The dashboard opens with a Wrap-up card: questions, answered, poll votes, reactions, survey responses, the most upvoted question, and the buttons for Analytics, the CSV exports and the post-event survey. Extend dates, Archive now and Delete sit on the same card.
4The recap email
One email, sent once at close, with the same numbers and links to the dashboard and the exports. On Basic it also mentions that analytics and CSV can be unlocked by upgrading, even now.
5Your crew after the close
Moderators and streamers keep read access to the closed event so they can review what happened. Thirty days after the close the event is archived: read-only for you, and the crew is signed off. See archive and delete.
