Analytics and CSV exports
Engagement over time, top questions, common words, poll engagement and the CSV files you can take with you.
Analytics turns the session into numbers you can report on: how many questions, when they came, what people asked about, how the polls went. The CSV files carry the raw data into your own tools.
1Open Analytics
Click Analytics in the dashboard header, or the same button on the wrap-up card after the event. On Basic the button shows a lock; upgrading the event unlocks it, even after the event has ended.
2Read the overview
The top of the page: total questions, upvotes, the share answered, and activity over time so you can see when the room was most engaged. A short insight line under the numbers reads the pattern for you.
3Top questions and common words
Common words shows the themes across every question. Top questions lists the ones with the most upvotes, the shortlist for a follow-up email or the next session.
4Poll engagement
Every poll with its votes per option, so the reveal on stage has a record.
5Export CSV
Two files: questions (asker, text, time, upvotes, reply, state) and poll votes (poll, option, count). Download them from the analytics header or from the wrap-up card. Both open in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.
