Invite moderators and streamers

Give your team their own logins: up to five moderators and two streamers per event, each with only the controls they need.

All plans 4 min read Updated September 2026

You do not have to run the event alone. Every event has five moderator seats, and Pro events add two streamer seats. Each person gets their own login and only the controls their role needs.

1Open the Crew card

On the dashboard rail, the Crew card lists everyone with access to the event, with a green dot for people online right now and a last-seen time for the others.

2Invite a moderator

Type their email and click Invite. They receive a link that logs them in once and asks for a password. From then on they log in normally and the event appears under Events you have access to on their My events page.

3Invite a streamer

Streamers are invited from the Streamers card at the bottom of the stream settings page, the page they will work on. Same flow: email, link, password.

4What each role can do

  • Moderators see the Questions card with the waiting stack, approve and decline, reply, hide and delete, plus the share links and the surveys. No switches, no settings, no billing.
  • Streamers see the stream control page only: the queue, the on-air controls and the overlay settings.
  • You, the owner, do everything: switches, polls, branding, dates, upgrades, crew.

5See who is online

The dot on each row turns green while the person has the dashboard or stream control page open, and the header counts crew online. Useful ten minutes before the session to know everyone is in place.

6Remove someone

Remove on the row ends their access immediately. After the event closes, invites are off and the crew keeps read access until the event is archived.
