Manage questions: reply, hide, delete and sort
What a question row shows, how to reply live or in writing, how to hide or delete, and how to keep the list in order.
Every question your audience sends lands in the Questions card within a second. From there you reply, hide what does not belong, delete what should never have been sent, and keep the list in the order that helps the speaker.
1Read the row
A row shows who asked (or Anonymous), when, the question and its upvotes. The actions sit underneath: Reply, Hide and Delete. Answered questions carry a green chip and show the reply.
2Reply
Click Reply, type the answer and send. The reply shows under the question on the widget and the row moves to the Answered tab. Answered live on stage? Send a short reply anyway, for example "Answered live", so the audience knows it was covered.
3Hide and unhide
Hide removes the question from the widget immediately and parks it under the Hidden tab. Nothing is lost: open the tab and click Unhide to bring it back.
4Delete
Delete removes the question for good, after a confirmation. Use it for spam or anything that should not stay in the export. For everything else, hide is the safer choice.
5Sort and filter
Two orders: Newest first while the session is running, Most upvoted when it is time to pick what to answer. The tabs filter the list without changing what the audience sees. The widget has its own sort order, set on the Widget card.
