Upgrade an event in place and pay the difference
Move a Basic or Extended event up a tier without losing anything, even after it ended, and move a trial event onto a paid licence.
You never have to pick the right tier up front. A Basic or Extended event can move up whenever you want, before, during or after the event, for the price difference, and it keeps everything it has.
1Find the upgrade card
On the dashboard rail of a Basic or Extended event, the Upgrade this event card lists the tiers above yours with the price of the step. Locked features on the dashboard, like the Polls card on Basic, also carry an upgrade button.
2Pay the difference
Basic to Extended is EUR 5, Basic to Pro EUR 10, Extended to Pro EUR 5. Stripe checkout, one payment, invoice by email.
3What changes
Within seconds of the payment the event unlocks the new features in place: polls, reactions and analytics on Extended; branding, overlays, custom widget text and a survey credit on Pro. The day cap grows with the tier. Questions, polls, settings, crew and the widget link all stay exactly as they were.
4Move a trial event onto a paid licence
On a trial, buy any plan from the pricing page. After checkout, My events asks which event the licence should power. Choose your trial event and it moves onto the paid licence with everything it has; the five-viewer cap goes away.
5Upgrade after the event
A closed Basic event can still move up to unlock Analytics and the CSV exports for the session that already happened. The wrap-up card offers it directly.
